Oevanta™ applies a structured review procedure to ensure consistent evaluation of returned merchandise.
Return Request Timeline
Customers must submit return inquiries within fifteen (15) calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Condition Standards
Eligible items must:
• Remain unused
• Be returned in original packaging
• Include all accessories and documentation
• Show no evidence of installation or modification
Non-Eligible Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Final-sale or clearance items
• Special-order or custom products
• Items displaying wear or alteration
• Returns sent without prior written approval
Authorization Requirement
Return shipping should not be initiated until written authorization has been issued by Oevanta™ support.
Inspection & Refund
Returned items are inspected within approximately five business days of receipt. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional time to finalize credit posting.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of confirmed fulfillment error.
Damage Notification
Visible shipping damage must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and supported by clear photographic documentation.
